The difference between the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRC912 and # BWGNRC800 is the mounting holes and rails they are compatible with. You can see the # BWGNRC800 has 3 holes per side for mounting and the # BWGNRC912 has 4 elongated holes per side for mounting. Each of these systems has custom mounted rails to fit specific vehicles.
If you are looking for your 2018 Ram 3500, the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1314 is the correct fit for either a 6-1/2 foot or 8 foot bed. I've linked the installation videos and review videos to assist.
