Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-150 Towing Heavy Trailer

I have a 2018 Ford F-150 that I use to tow a trailer with quite a bit of tongue weight. I need suspension enhancement that's going to help reduce the sag I experience, what should I get?

For your 2018 Ford F-150 I recommend the Timbren suspension enhancement kit part # TFR1504E because it will give you the support you are looking for when towing your heavy trailer and will not be as high maintenance as an air bag kit. The install is also much simpler too. Basically you replace your current bump stops with this kit and you have a rubber spring that activates when there's a lot of weight on your truck's suspension that helps provide the support needed to prevent sag.
