Vent Cover Needed for a Ventline V2094 Vent

I recently bought a BVD0449-A01, it does not fit my V2094 vent. Are there parts that I need to make it fit? The hinge on my vent is metal and the lift arm doesn’t match up either.

Do you have an older V2094 vent? The part # BVD0449-A01 that you referenced fits V2094 vents post-2008 while the part # BV0554-01 is for V2094 vents pre-2008. If you have an older V2094 vent then this is the vent cover you are needing.
This has a continuous metal hinge like what you mentioned. I have linked a review video and a picture showing what it looks like for you to reference.
