The correct adapter for the Curt Spectrum # C51170 trailer brake controller on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is Wiring Adapter for Curt Trailer Brake Controllers # C51515.
One end of this adapter will plug into your Spectrum brake controller and the other end will splice into your Jeep's brake controller wiring; you can use Butt Connectors # 05731-5 to help make this connection.
I have added a link to a video review of Adapter # C51515 for you to check out as well.
