Hi, can you tell me what is the external diameter of the adapter sleeve the red part? I want to know if I can install it with and other brand rack?

The Phat 9 Fat Bike Adapter Kit for Kuat Trio - 9 mm x 135 mm Forks # TRP9 has the following external diameter dimensions. At the thickest, it is 24.9 mm. In the center it is 23.9 mm. At either end it is 19.7 mm. I've attached a photo to assist.
The manufacturer does not recommend using it with another rack as it is designed specifically for the Kuat Trio # TR02 or # RU01. They can't confirm it will be compatible with any other rack.
