Replacement Shock Absorber for M101A1 Military Trailer

Question:
Hello, I have recently restored a M101 military dump trailer to pull behind my humvee. Im familiar with magnetic trailer brakes so some research was required when the trailer would machine gun during braking. I see you sell a dampener very similar to the one within my trailers equipment. Do you know if this is the proper part for that particular military application. I took the complete assembly apart and stripped it to look for some sort of Identification, to no avail. I need my trailer for a long haul by the second of december and I am desperately trying to find the necessary dampener. Any help would be great ly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The Replacement Shock Absorber part # T2336200 is for Titan Model 60 Brake Actuators like the Titan Zinc-Plated, Leverlock Brake Actuator w/ Lockout Shield. If you have a Titan Model 60 Brake Actuator then the Replacement Shock Absorber will work for you but unfortunately, I don't have any information on what brake actuator is on your military trailer. If you would like to send me a few photos I can then forward them onto Titan to see if they recognize the brake actuator but if not then you might need to look into an entire replacement. You could also measure the retracted and extended length of your current shock absorbers and if it is 4-15/16" and 6-1/4" respectively then the shock absorber will likely work for you.
