The Optronics light you referenced in your question, part # RVSTB60 , is a 3-wire design that includes a wired ground (the white wire) rather than a mounting stud ground as found on some similar lights. The green wire is for the tail light circuit and the black wire is for the combined stop/turn circuit.
In standard 4-pole trailer-side wiring (such a connector is shown in the linked photo) this light will connect as follows:
4-pole WHITE to WHITE on the light
4-Pole BROWN to GREEN on the light
4-Pole YELLOW to BLACK on the light for LEFT Side
4-Pole GREEN to BLACK on the light for RIGHT Side
If you have a Bargman part number please feel fee to tell me that item number and I will be glad to re-confirm the wiring arrangement for that item. A trailer wiring article is linked for reference.
