Will this part work with the Curt 17500 TruTrack Trunnion? It looks the same but how do the sizes compare? If it doesnt, do you have the part for the Curt?

My contact at Curt Manufacturing advised that they do not offer the replacement Wire Lock Lynch Pins (shown as part number 10 in their instructions, which are linked) that secure their TruTrack's trunnion bars at the head end but he said you're fine using a similar part from another maker.

The original pin is 3/8-inch x 2-1/2-inch. The Equal-I-zer part # EQ95-01-9415 that you referenced will work fine.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Pins and Thumb Clips #EQ95-01-9415 to measure them for you. The diameter is 3/8 of an inch. The usable length is just under 2-1/2 inches (2.45 inches). And the opening is 2.46 inches by 1.5 inches.

My contact at Atwood recommended using a pin at least 3/8 in diameter and 2-3/4 inches long. I'd recommend using a snapper pin, part #JFC-PN which has those dimensions.

I'd see if you can get them to replace those plates. They really shouldn't be bending like that. We have them with part #EQ90-02-5200 but I would think they should replace them for bending them like that.

Hey Paul, the most similar weight distribution shank we have to the part #RP69FR that fits a 2-1/2 inch hitch is the part #BPH75RR which fits the same heads as the Reese shanks so it will also work with same heads.
