Question:
Can this ring be used to secure full size vehicles to etrack on my wood floor trailer? All new boards and full length etrack installed recently.

Each of the Erickson E-Track Tie Down Rings # 59147 that you mentioned has a 2,000 lb capacity. Since you'd use more than one to secure your vehicle you'd end up easily with enough capacity so this would be a great solution.
