Question:
I am at a Toyota Dealer and have a customer with a 2018 Tundra-4.7 liter engine and is wanting to hook up a trailer brake controller to his truck. We found the Toyota pigtail in the RH side of the dash where the panel is located that would house the controller if the truck came with the trailer brake controller from the factory. I am needing the pigtail that plugs into the Toyota connector and then the other end of the connector will plug into the controller plug-in.

The Curt brake controller harness part # C51455 is the correct brake controller install harness for a 2018 Toyota Tundra. One end plugs into the connector under the dash of the truck and the other end into a Curt brake controller like the part # C51520 that you referenced.
