The OEM camera systems built into vehicles like your Ford F-350 are "closed" systems, in other words it is not possible to add more cameras to them. But you can add a separate camera and monitor system that will allow you to independently view the truck bed to keep an eye on your cargo or in-bed hitch.
For a system with full-color LCD monitor and waterproof night vision camera I recommend the Furrion Wireless Observation Camera System # FOS43TASF. This system uses digital signal transmission so it is free from interference and because it uses a wireless signal you need only make power connections.
This Furrion product and all of our other observation cameras are shown on the linked page.
