Does the Draw Tite trailer hitch for my 2018 Jeep Renegade mount below or through the rear bumper?

For your 2018 Jeep Renegade the Draw Tite hitch part # 76021 that fits it hangs below the rear bumper as there would be no way to mount it through the bumper. I attached a picture that shows how it will look when installed. I also attached an install video for more info for you to check out too.
