Does etrialer e73ZR fit the 2019 Cherokee? I see teh video of it on a 18. And whcih wiring?

Yes, the etrailer hitch, part # e73ZR, does fit your 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The installation is basically the same as the 2018 model so I've linked the instructions you mentioned.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56406 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
