Do you have the locking lines for the three ball chrome 10048 C hitch

The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B do not come with a keyed locking pin to secure the shank to the receiver. For that I recommend the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Trailer Hitches # 1480DAT.

If you want a locking pin for the ball mount, you would need the longer of the two pins that comes with the Rapid Hitch Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # AM3492. I have added links to video reviews of each product for you.

All three of the pins that you see on the ball mount platform of the # BWTS10048B are actually the same. The two pins that hold the platform to the shank and the pin that holds the balls to the platform. So the longer lock of the # AM3492 would fit any of the positions. Also it's worth noting that you can't remove the platform of the ball mount without taking the ball mount out of the hitch. So if the hitch is locked the platform is too. Thieves are an odd bunch, but they most likely wouldn't have any interest in stealing just the three ball portion of the ball mount since it would only every fit another B and W ball mount.
