The last panel at rear end came off. How do i repair it.

If the rear panel on your Extang Solid Fold 2.0, like part # EX83475, came off and it is still in good condition then you can follow the instructions in the linked photo to reinstall it.

If the rear panel is not in good condition then let me know the year/make/model of your pickup and I would be happy to let you know which replacement rear panel we have. For example, the part # EX83475 that I referenced is for a 2015 - 2019 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2' bed or a 2017 - 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor with a 5-1/2' bed. The replacement Tail Panel Assembly for this tonneau cover is part # EX83475-62.
