We offer several styles of replacement landing gear crank handles that you can see on the page I linked for you. Although we have no way to look up the original landing gear installed on your 1988 Carriage Carri-Lite 5th wheel it is very likely that you have Lippert landing gear.
You should be able to use either of these parts, etrailer # RVLG-HDL, Lippert # LC119226 which is the item you referenced in your question, or Stromberg Carlson # LG-119226.
