For your 2018 Volkswagen Golf GTI the best hitch option we have is the Curt part # C11412.
For a bike rack I really like the Saris Superclamp EX part # SA4025F for your application. It fits the Curt hitch well, is very lightweight, and since it only touches the bikes at the tires it won't damage the delicate frame material of your bike either.
