Will the tow doctor show the signal light blinking or just that there is power there

When you use the Hopkins Tow Doctor Vehicle End Test Unit # HM50918 to test the blinker functions the light on the display of the unit will blink with the blinker. If you check out the 1:20 mark of the video I attached you'll the red lights blinking when the blinkers are applied.
