What Trailer Light Functions Does Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light # MCL48AB Have
Updated 09/29/2018 | Published 09/28/2018 >
Question:
Does the turn signal function even if the running light is off? Or do the lights need to be on for the signal light to blink? That is how my current side marker light operates and i dont like it.

The Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light # MCL48AB uses a three wire setup which means that the light has two light intensities. A lower intensity for the running light circuit and a brighter intensity that will come on when the brakes or turn signal is activated. The headlights do not need to be on for the blinker to work. I attached a review video for more info on this as well.
