Hi can I take this part and weld a 2inch receiver tube on it ?or do they have have a adapter you can buy like this ?

You could weld on a receiver tube to the top channel part of the Buyers Products coupler # 3370091560 if you wanted to. Keep in mind though that this coupler is zinc plated so any welding should be done by someone with experience welding with zinc plated steel in a well-ventilated area.
I am not sure what you will be using the receiver for but there are some products that mount to the front of a trailer and have a 2 inch receiver for accessories like a bike rack. We have the Bike Bunk, # CC-275, and the Straddler, # S80503 but that is about it for items like that.
We do have receivers by themselves as well such as # 325-GH-003 for a 2 inch or # E-911 for a 1-1/4 inch.
