Can my 2014 kia Sorrento be flat towed

There is an option for you but I took a look at the owner's manual for your 2014 Kia Sorento and unfortunately it cannot be flat towed.
A four-wheel drive Sorento must be towed on a trailer but if your '14 Sorento is two-wheel drive you can use a tow dolly such as the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1.
Your owner's manual does state this can be done so long as your rear wheels are on the ground and front wheels are off the ground.
