The only roof rack confirmed to fit your 2019 Smart fortwo that we carry is the SeaSucker roof rack # 298-SX6000B that uses vacuum cups for the hold. These cups are very strong with a 210 lb pull strength for each cup. I've attached some videos to assist.
You may be interested in the cable anchor # 298-BA0010 for increased security when using this system. It will allow you to use any cable lock like # e98891 to deter theft.
