The longest set of carpeted bunk boards we off is the CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards part # CE27845 which are 84" long x 1-3/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall. Please note an actual 2x4 does not measure 2" wide x 4" tall but rather 1-3/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall. If you indeed need 10' then you can either use two of the CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers part # CE27820 on each side or buy the wood yourself and use the two of the Fulton Marine Grade Carpeting part # FCR8012 which will be enough for two 120" long x 1-3/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall bunk boards.
