Question:

HI I have a 1998 Jayco Pop up 12 ft box. We need to replace the ceiling vent. crank will not open or close. we also need 3 latches for cabinets and solid top panel to door. Also we need a new door latch. the button u push to open and close sticks and so door doesnt latch. Can u help me? we really need these parts and the Jayco factory doesnt carry them anymore. I hope u can help me!

I will be happy to help you out. For the ceiling vent, if you want to replace the whole assembly then you can use pretty much any of the vents we carry, see link. Most fit in a rough-in opening of about 14-1/4 inches square such as the Ventline vent # V2092SP-28.

For the cabinet latches I would need to know what type you have now. You can email me some pictures if you'd like. I anticipate that thumb latches, such as # CAM44323, could work out well for you.

The door panel isn't something we will have. If Jayco does not offer it and can't tell you where to get one you may just need to fabricate your own out of similar wood obtained locally unless you can find a used one somewhere.

There are also many types of door latch. Chances are we will have something that will work but I need to know the type that is on your trailer. Again, you can email me some pictures which will help me make a recommendation.
