What is the Torque Spec for a 5/16 Inch U-Bolt

Question:
what should I torque the u bolts holding slipper springs to axle. the axle is rated 2200lbs. The springs are 1 3/4inch the u bolts are 5/16inch diameter.

The torque spec for a 5/16" diameter u-bolt is 65 ft lbs. If you do not already have a torque wrench we have the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench part # ALL944001 which contains both a 3/8" and 1/2" drive.
