If you are wanting to replace your Series 39 electric step directly then what you will need is the Lippert Kwikee 39 Series Electric Step # LC3724742 which comes with the motor, gears, control module, and switch kit with the wiring adapter.
Attached is a wiring diagram (which some of the connections are already completed) and an installation video for you to reference if you are going to be doing the installation yourself.
