Can the Battery Charge Kit # RM-156-25 be Installed without the Included Circuit Breaker

I would like to know if it dangerous to install the RM-156-25 whitout fuse and if this unit cut the courant if something append on the circuit. Tank you

It would not be good to install the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 without the included circuit breaker. The circuit breaker is what would cut the current if something were to happen.
