How to Use a B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch in a 2018 Ford F-350 with Factory Puck System

Question:
I have the 18k Patriot and just purchased a 2018 Ford F350 with the fifth wheel prep kit. I love the BW hitch and would like to avoid buying a new hitch or using the frame adapter. Will this product work with the Patriot?

I do have a solution for you but your Patriot head will not fit Companion base # BWRVB3300 for the puck system in your 2018 Ford F-350. Instead you can use adapter # RP30156 which does fit the puck system. The hitch will then mount to the adapter. And as a bonus this solution costs less than the Companion base! I have linked a video featuring the adapter for you.
