had the Curt hitch installed on 2018 Buick Encore. Which bike rack is recommended Curt C18085 or Hollywood Racks HR200? Which is the better rack?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11527 on your 2018 Buick Encore is a class I hitch. Only the the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z will be compatible with your hitch. The Curt # C18085 is a very similar rack in almost every way except it is only rated for class II and class II hitches so it will not work for you.
The # HR200Z is a good choice and can secure up to 2 bikes that weigh 45 lbs each by the frame with its hooks and it measures 12-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the wheel hoop.
Additionally, the # HR200Z has a 5" rise which helps with clearance. It includes locks for the bikes and the hitch and also includes an anti-rattle hitch pin to reduce the noise. The rack folds when not in use.
I highly recommend the Trail Rider rack. Hollywood Racks is solely a bike rack company and they have been doing this a long time. They provide a limited lifetime warranty and have great customer reviews to back that up.
