Question:

I have a 2015 Nissan Frontier 4x4 with an auto transmission, can I tow it with a blue ox tow kit?

I took a look in the owner's manual for your 2015 Nissan Frontier and was not able to find any conclusive information in regards to flat-towing with all four wheels down. However, I was able to gather information from a few other sources that stated it was possible with a drive shaft disconnect coupling (we don't offer) but I would call the dealer to find out for certain.

If it turns out that the vehicle can be flat-towed with all four wheels down then Blue-Ox does offer the components needed to do so. For a tow bar, I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar part # BX7380 and for a base plate kit I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1843.

In order to complete your flat-towing setup you will need a wiring harness, supplement braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you would like for me to recommend these parts please just let me know and I would be happy to do so.
