Will the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist Fit Factory Crossbars on a 2008 Lexus RX400h

It sounds like you need help loading a kayak(s) on your 2008 Lexus RX 400h with a factory roof rack. If that is the case then I do have an option for you but none of the side load assist arms we carry that attach to the crossbars which includes the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist part # RR-RUSL will work with factory crossbars as it requires an overhang. The overhang means the crossbars extend out past the mounting feet which is rarely the case for a factory roof rack.

Instead, the only other option we have for you that will work with your factory crossbars is the Malone TelosXL Load Assist Module part # MPG351XL but these also require that you use the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier part # MPG114MD.

I am sure you didn't expect to have to purchase a new carrier as well but this is really going to be one of your only options if you need help loading the kayak(s). I have attached a review video of each carrier for you as well.
