Is there an equivalent Curt or other manufacturer hitch available for a 2018 Fiesta sedan SE model, although I assume that doesnt matter? I havent been able to find a confirmed answer for this anywhere!

At this time there is not a trailer hitch available that is compatible with your 2018 Ford Fiesta sedan. The only hitches available for the 2018 Fiesta are designed to fit the hatchback model.
If you are by chance wanting a trailer hitch to use with a hitch-mounted bike rack, I recommend taking a look at trunk-mounted option instead. We do have a nice selection of carriers that are confirmed to fit your Ford Fiesta sedan. The Saris Bones 3 Bike Carrier # SA801BL is a really nice option that features individually adjustable arms and anti-sway straps to keep the bikes stable during transport. It can handle 3 bikes of up to 35 pounds each. I do recommend adding a cable lock like the Saris # SA981 to help protect your investments.
If you do go this route and plan on transporting any children's, women's, or alternative frame bikes you might also need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. This will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance.
