Expert Reply:
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56284 for 2016-2018 Honda HR-V models only has a review video at this time and not an installation video. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness which is located in your cargo area. You will have to remove all trunk floor coverings, storage trays, and the scuff panel to access these connection points. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead to your car battery. I've attached an article to assist with running this wire. Next connect the included fuse holder to the power wire and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery.
I've attached some photos from the installation instructions that are also attached to help.
