Question:
Fist just want to say how much I appreciate e trailer great service. I just installed ak65535ezk hub on my fifth wheel trailer. Watching your video really helped. My question is when I turn the hub I hear what seems to be a rubbing noise but it seems to turn freely was wondering if you had any thoughts. Also I’m not sure how tight to make the nut.

Thank you for the feedback, we sure do appreciate it! It's hard to say what the rubbing noise you are hearing is but I suspect the shoes on the backing plate are coming into contact with the drum which is completely normal but don't forget to adjust them prior to towing.
I would then start with lubrication. In addition to packing each of the bearings before assembly you will also need to fill them with the right amount of grease. I would also make sure no dirt got into the grease and the spindle was also clean prior to being lubed. Once they are greased properly you can then move onto the spindle nut. We recommend tightening the spindle nut down until you start feeling resistance and their is no side to side play.
