Looking for a replacement axle for the attached pic the one suggested over the phone has a different length spring center measurement

Looking at the numbers on your axle we aren't going to have an exact replacement. Looks like you need a 4,400 lb axle with most likely a hub face to face dimension of 97 inches and spring seat to seat dimension of 70 inches if I am reading your serial number correctly. Most likely you will need to find a local trailer shop to you who can order you in a custom axle to the specs mentioned.
Otherwise you could use a Timbren Axle Less system part # ASR5200S01 which is setup for attaching directly to the trailer frame without the use of a cross tube.
