How do you remove the lift off molded cover for the propane tanks with this in place?

If the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier # CC-255 is positioned over your propane tanks and you need to remove the cover for the tanks you will need to first remove the tray cargo carrier. Since the tray itself is held on with bolts you may just be able to take the tray off, but it also may just be easier to remove the whole unit.
