How Small is the Opening of the Jaws When the Wheel Lock # 288-02020 is Closed

I have a small fishing boat trailer for a 14 ft. boat. Will this lock tighten up to 4 at the end of the clamo?

When the Stallion Trailer Wheel Lock # 288-02020 is completely closed the opening only measures about 1-3/4" so it will work perfect for your application.
