Question:

Will this bike rack or another bike rack work with the Fiat 500x that has a spoiler? I do not have a roof rack of any kind and I do not want to damage spoiler in any way.

It is confirmed as a fit with your spoiler from Yakima so there should not be any damage to your vehicle when installed as instructed.

To add security to your bike rack, I recommend the security strap # Y02623 to secure the rack to your locked hatch, then adding a cable lock like # e98891.
