Question:

We cannot get the lock off the rack. The number on the key matches the lock but it wont turn to release the latch. I used WD40 to no avail. Help!! Thanks

The Thule Parkway 4 Bike Rack does not come with locks so I am not sure if you are referring to the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock part # THSTL2 or the Thule Cable Lock part # TH538XT. Regardless there is no special tool or procedure to free the lock core. If it has been locked for some time there can be dirt that gets inside and prevents the lock from being disengaged. I recommend spraying a more oil based product in the lock and letting it sit. You can try and tap it with a hammer to try and free the dirt while continuous trying to turn the key back and forth. If this does not work then the only other option would be to drill it out.
