The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # C31067 is the best option for a motorcycle carrier on your 2018 Ram 3500. I've attached the installation details for you and also a photo of this installed to assist. It is an easy installation and can hold up to 500 lbs.

Then you can use the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 rated for 500 lbs and weighs 58 lbs or the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier # UF48-979033 rated for up to 500 lbs and weighs 52 lbs so you could subtract the carrier weight from the hitch capacity to determine the weight of bike that you could haul.

Then you can use the tie downs # EM05710 to secure your bike. One final thing to consider for mounting a motorcycle to the front of your vehicle is the restricted air flow and sight lines.
