I have two Genze elec bikes with step through frames. The one locking hook is to long for my bike, so can I get a second short locking hook?

To replace the longer hook on your Swagman E-Spec 2-Electric S64689 with a short hook, you just need the Replacement Hooks # SP428. This actually includes both a replacement short hook and long hook. They are not available separately as replacement parts.
I confirmed with my contact at Swagman that this is exactly what you need to replace the long hook to better fit your step through bike.
