Yes, you can install the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 in the bed of your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 as long as you install a set of fifth wheel rails in the bed of your truck like the Reese custom install kit part # RP50064-58. This rail kit is custom fit to your truck so it will install easy and also provides a set of fifth wheel rails that are compatible with this hitch.
