Manual Replacement for Lippert Kwikee 32 Series Electric Steps

Question:

I have a 2008 Fleetwood Fiesta with Kwikee automatic steps part# 903211000. In the past year, I have had to replace the motor and the control unit, the stairs have stopped working again yes they are properly lubricated... I am fed up with them and looking for a manual replacement option. What product do you recommend that will be the easiest installation minimal fabrication, etc.?

The best option to replace your Lippert Kwikee 32 Series Electric Steps would be to use the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs part # LC432682. This step is very similar to the Kwikee steps you have now but will mount a little differently which may require you to drill a few holes but there will really be no way around this. These steps have built in water channels and anti-skid tread strips. They have a 300 lb weight capacity and come with a one year warranty.
