The Yakima BedRock Truck Bed Cargo Rack Y01140-78 is not a fit for your 1993 Ford F-150.
There is a roof rack available that fits your '93 F-150 that goes over the cab, which is made up of Yakima Crossbars # Y00410 and Raingutter Towers # Y00101.
For your truck bed, another option is a standard ladder rack such as the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack # EM07706 which has an 800 lb capacity. The only thing to keep in mind with this rack is that it will not work with a 6-1/2' Flareside or Stepside bed.
