Question:

Will this work on Tiffin Motorhome. I will towing a Jeep Wrangler jk with a Demco Excalibur tow bar When I slide the reciever in coach I have a clear measurement of 2 5/8 “ clear on my 2”x2” tow bar will this work with that measurement thanks

While the Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack # C18013 only requires 1-1/2" or space on the shank for it to fit (so it will fit your Excali-Bar III # DM9511013) I am not sure about your bikes being able to fit in-between your motorhome and Jeep.

The first cradle of the Curt bike rack only sits a few inches in front of the vertical arms of the rack so I would try mocking up your flat towing setup to see if you will have proper turning clearance with 3 bikes (if that's how many you plan on carrying).

Another thing to note is that your bikes will act as tongue weight. Tow bars don't have to mess with tongue weight since they are pulling in a horizontal line. If you have bikes that are heavy at all I don't think it would be very wise to carry them on your tow bar.

A great alternative is the Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier # LA-102. This mounts on your ladder and can easily be moved for when you need to get to your roof. By going this route you shouldn't have to deal with clearance and the tongue weight won't be a concern either.
