We can help you with a 5th wheel installation bracket kit for the base rails you want to install in your 2011 GMC Sierra 3500 with 6.5-foot bed.

It is generally best to stay with one brand of base rails and brackets to ensure a good fit. Mixing brands of rails and brackets is not recommended. Also, I do recommend using a custom kit that will reduce the amount of drilling and reduce the overall installation time. All custom kits appear on the linked page.

If you have Curt rails you can use bracket kit # C16411, or for a complete Curt rail kit use # C16411-204. This is the lowest-cost option and you can see the install in the linked video.

If you have Reese or Pro Series rails you can use bracket kit # RP50066, or for a complete Reese rail kit use # RP50066-58.

If you also need an in-bed 5th wheel wiring harness I suggest Bargman kit # 50-97-410 which installs easily by plugging in at the back of your bumper-mounted 7-way.
