Question:

Bike rack is for 4 bikes Double jet ski trailer, fully loaded weight 2500 lbs We have a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee limited 4x4. The bike rack is pro series bike rack (4 bikes). We will only be transporting 2 though Any suggestions?

Your best bet would be a dual receiver like the Curt Ball Mount # D210 you were looking at. The tongue weight capacity of the reciever is rated up to 750 lbs. Keep in mind that the bikes and bike rack will add to the tongue weight on the ball mount.

The ball mount will use a ball with a 1 inch diameter shank. Like the 2 inch ball # 63845 or the 1-7/8 inch ball # 19260.
