I have a model 3000 goose to 5th wheel Companion that is too high. can I use the top of 3000 and attach to the bottom of the RVK 3050. Can it be ordered if that will work? What part number?

Yes, the hitch head on your B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part BWRVK3000 will fit the base of the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3050 which is available separately as the Replacement Base for B&W Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVB3055.

All of the B&W Companion heads are interchangeable among bases. The only problem you run into is when trying to use a B&W Patriot head with a B&W Companion base or vice versa. I have attached a review video of the B&W Companion Flatbed base for you as well.
