Hello, I am going to use the hitch for towing, I have a 2012 G37X. Im planning on getting a jet sky soon and wanted to do some research before getting into a hitch that will not be strong enough.

For your 2012 Infiniti G37X, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11499 is a confirmed fit. Then you can use the ball mount # C45521 and pin # F-4. You can then use hitch ball # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball or # A-82 for a 2 inch ball.

For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56033. This will install to the harness located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side interior trim panels in your rear cargo area. Then you will run the power wire directly to the vehicle battery. I've attached an article to help with routing that wire.
