Where Does the Hitch for a 2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan Install

hello there, i am considering purchasing a hitch for my infiniti g37x. the hitch is rated to 2000 punds and the car is rated to tow 1000. i will be towing aroung 800-900. However, i have never used this bumper type hitch system and worry about its strength. Does it actually attach to frame. or does it attach to bumper support which attaches to frame. thanks.

The Curt hitch # C11499 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan so it should work well for you.

You should note that a towing setup is only as strong as its weakest component. While the hitch is rated for 2,000 lbs of trailer weight you can't tow more than 1,000 lbs since your vehicle has that rating.

I attached a picture that shows how it will install on your vehicle. Basically, the hitch sandwiches between the aluminum bumper and the fascia support.
